My gripe is that so many think it is all about JB> control of the sport and that CART has been the victim in the whole JB> thing. IMO, not true. CART was the perp! It (its members) was the one which chose to NOT to run at Naptown this year. It was the sanctioning body which scheduled the Wantabe 500 opposite the Indy race. All of its misfortunes, along with the misfortunes IRL has inherited, have been brought on by their own dillusional thinking and poor practices. However, I hope the American F1 circuit survives. It definately has a place in racing. If NASCAR were to give up its dictatorship (read: the France Family) and turn the major decisions of NASCAR over to the Hendrick's, Childress', the Roush's, and the Yates', the Premier Circuit would be a hosed as CART/IRL has become, IMNSVHO.
