AM 530 - 1700 kHz FM 88 - 108. MHz What's the diff between AM / FM. HOw come FM seems to be a much stronger signal , and can go in Stereo (AM Cannot) , but then why can I get AM stations from like OHIO and places far away at nightime? SO there are other transmissions outside the regular 530-1700 kHz. So therefor there could be a transmission at 10 kHz ? Does the number of kHz affect signal quality , what is the higest Hz ssible. If you're able to get to 1700 kHz and start again at 88MHz , there must be an imbetween . since it's all in Hz's. and therefor why wouldn't AM get stereo , since it's also Hz. And why is AM effected and goes all screwy when I turn on my computer and FM doesn't , it must be the Hz level I guess? How does it all work? SO where can I pick up a radio that will pick up these frequencies. ? And what's the cost? What kind of transmissions will you recieve? GERMANY Foreign Minister Kinkel stops 'Radio For Civil Rights'.
After an intervention of the German Foreign Office, Burmese Opposition
Radio station wasn't permitted to hire airtime on facilities of the
German Telekom in Juelich. The Foreign Office forbade this business for
the German Telekom with Burmese Opposition Radio 'Democratic Voice Of
Burma'. The broadcaster wanted to use transmitting installations of the
Telekom at Juelich for its daily one hour service, to improve reception
quality in Burma target. After information of an employee of the
Kurzwellensender [sw tx] Juelich, the contract decision was cancelled just
before the contract was signed. The Foreign Office then has however expressed
an unmistakable recommendation. This one has really matched a ban.

MAURITANIA v7245.2 kHz R Mauretanie, Nouakchott 0750 UTC. I was
waiting for this one because only on Fri they start at 0800, and the
