However, Cage is NOT a bigger name! -> -> -> Sure he is. A lot of his movies actually make money. Most -> -> of the movies the Balwin brothers have made have flopped. I popped over to the Kids' WB web site to find information about the new Batman cartoons. I thought I'd share some of the info here for those who don't have access to the internet. The two upcoming new episodes: Sat. 5/23: "Over the Edge" Sat. 6/13: "Torch Song" The new episodes previously aired this year: Ep. 1 - "Holiday Knights" Three short stories featuring Batman, the new Robin, Batgirl, Clayface, Joker, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn. Ep. 2 - "Sins of the Father" Introducing Tim Drake, the new Robin. Features Batman, Clayface, Batgirl and introduces an older Dick Grayson. A son of a two-bit hoodlum rescues Batman from getting greased by Two-Face and his goons. Ep. 3 - "Cold Comfort" The return of Mr. Freeze. A sort of sequel to the events of the SubZero OVA. Features Batman and Batgirl. Ep. 4 - "Never Fear" The return of Scarecrow, who features a much more frightening look. Instead of instilling fear in his victims, he takes all fear and inhibition from Gothamites. Featuring Batman and Robin. Ep. 5 - "You Scratch My Back" Introduces a new look for Selina Kyle and her Catwoman persona. Also introduces Nightwing on his own and seemingly in conflict with Batman as Nightwing teams up with his new partner Catwoman. Features Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Catwoman. Drake is left behind to wait on a barely injured Alfred. Ep. 6 - "Double Talk" Return of the Ventriloquist who's been reformed and released from Arkham Asylum. Comes into the employ of Wayne Enterprises. (I missed this one! ;_; Can someone tell me who appeared in this besides Batman and Ventriloquist so I can update my list? Wish I knew when they'd re-air it.) Ep. 7 - "Joker's Millions" Joker and Harley Quinn are near destitute and fail even at bit jobs. Harley is recaptured by Batman while Joker comes into a large inheritance from a bitter rival. Joker goes legit and high society? Features Cobblepot (not as the villain Penguin though), Nightwing, Batgirl, and a new Harley Quinn(?!). Someone pulls the biggest joke of all in this episode. Ep. 8 - "Growing Pains" Robin finds a girl his age in deep trouble with very few memories of her identity. She is relentlessly pursued by a formidable strongarm thief and reluctantly accepts Robin's help. Robin finds he is not only attracted to her, but shares similar tragedies in life. A familiar villain also returns, but I won't spoil that surprise. One of the best written episodes of the new Batman episodes in my opinion. The ending will get to you. Ep. 9 - "Mean Seasons" A former fashion model wreaks havoc on Gotham vowing to get revenge on a society where people can become slaves to vanity. I never caught her name though. Some of the fight scenes were much like the choreographed fight dances in Schumacher's Batman movies. Batgirl pitches in to help this time. Ep. 10 - "The Demon Within" Jason Blood and Etrigan fall victim to an ancient artifact used to control those of the netherworld. The Demon is drawn much like the Kirby incarnation, but also rhymes. Robin helps out this time. "World's Finest" - Joker and Harley Quinn steal a radioactive antique and head for Metropolis to make a deal with Lex Luthor. Bruce Wayne follows under auspices of business to keep an eye on the Joker. He also catches the eye of Lois Lane. Batman, Superman, Joker and Lex Luthor. ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.20 [NR] --- MysticToss 1.20/Pro * Origin: Guilde of High Sorcery (619)575-8249 San Diego, CA (1:202/1100)
