I have an RC10T2, and i need to know if there is a composite chassi upgrade for it made by anyone...i use to race with the LX-T, and i loved teh composite alot better! so if anyone knows about a compostie chassi for the T2 let me know! thanx! mIke --- RG 10-05/GEcho 1.11+ * Origin: LOTL * (412)746-3592 * RGSNet PA Host * V.34+ (1:129/230) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 131 RADIO CONTROL Ref: D3400000 Date: 03/03/96 From: RICH LOCKYER Time: 04:01pm \/To: TIMMY GALLANT (Read 2 times) Subj: R/C Cars Hello TIMMY! The graphics that Mark is talking about are BOTH color AND the 'high-ASCii' characters, which are used to create the boxes and special lines. Basically, if you can't access it with a single keypress from the keyboard, it's not kosher to use in echomail areas. Personally, I find the enhanced signature lines annoying and immature. People have to pay to move the mail, and a four-line signature is adding to the overhead that serves no useful purpose that can't be served by a simple tag with your name in it. C-ya! I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I haven't had a chance to run my car outside for months. The weather hasn't been ideal for running a onroad sedan. Parking lot racing is getting tremendously popular in my area, I'm pretty sure when summer rolls around, there will be a ton of people playing around in mall parking lots here. I just have a feeling that people have bought kits during the winter, built them, and are as anxious as me to hit the track or street. The Spring hobby show is coming March 8,9,10th so I'll buy a few things... PEI is pretty small place.. I'm guess you only have one track to go to the East Coast Model Centre track right? ttyl --- GEcho 1.11+ * Origin: TIBM Wizard. The latest from Associated is the RC10B2 and RC10T2. One of the Francis' brothers won the IFMAR world championship's with a B2. From Losi, XX, and XXT. The XX will be replaced later this year though. They also came out with a gas truck called the GTX. Parking lot racing is the big trend now. Sedans in particular. Every company except for a few (associated & losi) have a sedan model. The top three are HPI, Yokomo, and Tamiya. They are so popular because there handle, and look like real cars on the road. As for electronics side -- well it just keeps getting better every 6 months... there are other ESC manufacturers competing with Novak and Tekin and their ESC are just as good or in some respects better. Go to the local hobby shop and see what they have or read the latest R/C Car Action Magazine. ttyl --- GEcho 1.11+ * Origin: TIBM Wizard.
