Can you run MS-DOS based programs in BP> OS/2? Yes, you can run DOS apps. Multiple DOS apps simulaneously. You can also run Windows 3.1 apps. But the most fun comes from running native OS/2 apps. There are many shareware OS/2 apps available and plenty of commercial apps too. Most commercial apps are by mail order. If you have Web access you can place orders on the Web and have the product within a day or two. I use NT and Unix at work. It's my job, I provided support for both of 'em. I run OS/2 at home because I like it do much better. I like the GUI, the multitasking, the stability, the networking, the performance and the look and feel better than either of the other above mentioned operating systems. -Frank (fsexton@xpert.net - http://www.concentric.net/~fsexton) --- Blue Wave/OS2 v2.30 * Origin: Wildcard BBS,Thornton,CO HST/V34+ +1-303-252-0491 (1:104/725) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 129 OP.
