I've used In-Joy on Warp 3.0 w/&w/out Windows and with various fixpacks, and again with Warp 4.0. Probably over a dozen installations in all, and most virgin installs. This was the first time that it failed to find, create, assimilate a resolv or resolv2 file. This last exercise in futility drove me to over 6 clean installations in the period of a few days. It's a real puzzle to me but it shouldn't catch me off guard again now that I know what to look for.
