I have a local 3.06b game now, and I formed a 2 man corp. As player #2 (non CEO) I dropped corp defensive fighters and quit the corp. I could not attack the fighters, so I left the sector and returned. When I returned I had to attack the 100 fighters I had dropped and they still belonged to corp #1. I then went in as CEO, dropped 100 ftrs, left the sector and returned. The defensive ftrs still belonged to Corp #1 and I had to destroy them. I did not do an align test yet, but intend to do so. Any other fighters dropped by the non CEO as corp in other sectors will also still be corp fighters. 2. 2 men, CEO quits - former non CEO is new CEO, fighters are still corp and will attack the former CEO if he leaves and reenters the sector.
