I must admit to getting envious when I here people say that they are watching "Who" right now. Apart from the Fox movie, I couldn't say when we last had an episode of Doctor Who shown.The only thing we British fans can do apart from shelling out to buy a satellite system is to buy the videos,which can still turn out to be very expensive. I watched all of the old Dr. Who stuff while it was on, as well as "Are you being served"? I think the one that I really liked the best was the program "Waiting for God".
