One of my really early DW ideas involved a race of aliens called the poisoners. Basically they were made of animated black ooze that could jump up at people out of sinks etc and posess them by the same means. It was a rather shite idea with the aliens running round searching for something called Thirdspace. When I heard the master was going to spit gunk that posessed people I imagined a stick-on blob of something. They went a little overboard with the gunk I thought. - I mean how much excess fluid can you fit inside one average person? That's assuming he's not hollow. ;) .\donai P. ... Seriously, I can't remember when I didn't watch it - my Dad's a big sci-fi fan, and it was one of the few sci-fi shows we used to get. This was when TVO still showed it here in Canada, and Star Trek wasn't running in re-runs (before TNG). Then, of course, TVO stopped showing it after McCoy's first season, and that was it. Haven't seen it since, except for a brief time when a friend of mine with cable taped a few Pertwee episodes off Fox, and bought the video of The Five Doctors. And the public French station showed Genesis of the Daleks for some reason, but I didn't find out about it till the last episode. And that's been it - except of course for the movie, which somebody else taped for me. :-) I was never a huge Star Trek fan, but I used to watch it. Now it just annoys me - same thing over and over and over...
