I had a few problems with it, but nearly as many as I expected to. I didn't have any particular problems with the KISS either, why shouldn't the Doctor get the girl once in awhile-he obviously did at some point since he has a granddaughter. Paul McGann was terrific, and I really enjoyed Eric Roberts as well. I thought the scene with the Doctor, Grace, and the Master in the ambulance was hilarious. It is nice to see someone else enjoyed the movie. --- Platinum Xpress/Wildcat! v1.2j * Origin: MTCC BBS! She arrived in THE MASSACRE at the very end and as her last name is Chaplet, she is supposed to be a descendent of Anne Chaplet, a character in the story. She is picked up at a future time and was not involved in the story, to the best of my knowledge. --- Platinum Xpress/Wildcat! v1.2j * Origin: MTCC BBS! I imagine the reason the ratings in North America were so bad was 1. It was up against 2 fairly popular TV shows. 2. Dr. Who is popular, but it is not nor never has been as well known as "Friends" (yuck!) for example. As a matter of fact, there are lots of people over here who will reply "Doctor WHO??" when asked if they had ever seen the show or heard of it. I do not know what the reason for the low ratings in Canada were, however. / This is just my opinion of course! Actually, I read in an article that here in the US it was the most taped show of the week. Also, I got a standard form letter e-mail from Fox in reply to my letter about the movie, saying they will be rebroadcasting the movie in the winter to give it a fairer chance. --- Platinum Xpress/Wildcat! v1.2j * Origin: MTCC BBS!
