I would like to write an application in Delphi 3 (Client/Server) to browse Html-documents. I would like to support Java, ActiveX, Multimedia, ... To do this I would use Microsoft Explorer or a very good Html-component. The problem is that the files have to be sended over a serial connection. So I have to write some procedures to request and receive the files and then show it. Does somebody knows how to do this ? I was thinking about a sort of a Winsock with my communication procedures enclosed. Files, books, ... are all welcome. Tunking techniques are fully described in the latest WIN32.HLP from Micro$oft SDK. It's not too difficult to implement, therefore reading the help file would be more than enough. C U!
