Really, I was lead to believe when I contacted supra@sales awhile back that a new data pump was needed and it would cost #49.95 to replace. So where can I get the software and does it cost? I had flashed my modem, but there was no increase in speed and then I contacted supra@sales and was told what I told you, new data pump. Go figure eh? SFM 28.8 modems built before a certain date require the new data pump upgrade. Those built after that date do not, and can be flashed up to a 33.6. Supra probably looked at the build date of your data pump and gave you the correct info. From your favorite terminal program, type "ati7" and press . You will see something like: RC288DPi Rev 05BA.
