The Zone 1 Backbone only carries echoes listed in the Zone 1/2 EchoList. It seems that the listing for this echo has expired. Thus, it will be necessary for someone to assume the moderatorship and list it if it is to remain on the Zone 1 Backbone. There is a three month grace period to accomplish this. For more information please consult these files: BOFAQxxx.TXT and ELISTxxx.ZIP, where "xxx" is the version number. They are available from most hubs or can be requested from 1:1/201 or 1:396/1. I'm running a 486 SLC2 with 8mb and a 486 DX2 with 16mb. The two are networked because neither one can run the BBS by itself. That's why I switched to WIN95, to get the network capability. The 8mb runs the BBS ans mailer, but the 16 mb does all the maintainence. I'm hoping there will be a 64mb pentium under the Christmas tree, but I'm not counting on it.
