I don't need a self-appointed moderator like you telling ME First of all, you seem to be the self-appointed moderator. Secondly, it's not the self-proclaimed experts like you I'm trying to protect. Once an enemy of mine tried using Bils stupid advice against me and learned first hand how wrong it was. I'm trying to protect the people who come to this echo looking for good advice that will improve their play. You obviously don't fit into this category, you think you know it all. I haven't attacked you, I haven't seen you try to post anything useful. If you insist on defending idiots, I will probably attack you in the future. While I'm probably GURU's biggest promoter, the version I have is not really compatable with 3.05 games. It's almost like GM goes out of his way to hurt GURU while he changed the prompts to promote the now-defunct POWERMACS. I think this is because John & Mike did what GM requested in his docs for the Beta: Try to break it. They broke it, he resented it. Your correct, the original version of Guru IBM is not compatable with Version 3 and MBBS games. The Guru Pro version will work in Version 3, I haven't found a test game to work on MBBS scripts. So it's not supported. I will be the one in charge of maintaining the scripts. The reason why Guru Pro has been put on hold for this long is that, Kris, John, and I all have experianced major changes in our lives. All at the same time!!! But these are personal matters. Anyway, I've finally got my feet on the ground and InterNet access again. I was able to get a hold of John and asked him to finish some minor stuff on Guru. So I can finally start "shipping" it. In case any of you want to contact my via email my address is knoir@usa.net. Please don't write me asking for a free copy of the program. I will accept ideas or comments on the scripts. Also, I would love to hear from the people who use my KNSalt script package. If I don't then I won't know which scripts from that to update. The zero mapper from it is quite powerfull.
