No, in that case I would certainly not FDISK. A Format is sufficient in rendering a partition installable in most cases. However, the software on the other two partitions that are W95 installations, will have registry info (and often some DLLs, etc) vanish with the loss of data on C: drive. That would again make those games rather useless without re-installation. However, I still do not believe there's an advantage to re-installing W95 if your simply needing updated drivers for UDMA support. So here is the scoop so far on those drivers I was looking into. :) This client accidentally ran over his CD with his office chair, so he called Asus. They gave him telephone numbers for support people in his area, who suggested he call the people he bought it from, so he called me. I called my supplier and they put a CD aside for him that he picked up within an hour. :) If you want the straight stuff, (I think) you go the source. Call Asus or check their web site, ask them about the UDMA drivers for your board. This approach usually solves a problem with the least amount of hassles, or informs you when it cannot be solved. (No worries here I think :-). This happened here within the last three days, so I would think you should have good success getting your own CD. If it would help you, I could still get whatever info from his CD you might need. Hope this helps! Chow, Bryan ...
