I know that this is old news; however, it still seems to boggle the mind. During the Vietnam War, a famous actress--who is now married to one of the richest men in America!--, Jane Fonda, went to Hanoi and denounced America's presence. While I do not agree with the war in the first place, such an act against American soldiers and the country was a REAL crime. The American government should stop treating Fischer as a criminal and let him go HOME! Real crimes are perpetrated against America everyday and the rich and famous people perptetrating these crimes walk around free. Bobby, wherever you are, you were the greatest ever, in my opinion. Hopefully, you will be able to live your life as a free American again one day:) David Goldstein --- * Origin: Nacamar Data Communications (1:2424/12.1) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 123 CHESS Ref: F2P00069 Date: 02/17/98 From: FONTANA@INGSUN1.UNIV.TRIESTE.IT Time: 04:49am \/To: ALL (Read 0 times) Subj: LPUTJAN-BALASOV 86 mid__01bd3b89$b35b37e0$d632698c@laser1deei.univ.trieste.it.univ.trieste.it 88b60001 From: "Lab.optoelettronica.univ.trieste" Newsgroups: rec.games.chess.analysis Subject: LPUTJAN-BALASOV 86 Organization: Cineca ftn.hub.org!news.trends.ca!hub.org!darla.visi.com!news-out.visi.com!feed2.news .erols.com!cpk-news-hub1.bbnplanet.com!news.bbnplanet.com!newsfeed.nacamar.de! univ-lyon1.fr!newsserver.cilea.it!sirio.cineca.it!gopher Hi brothers. I don't know why but it's the first book where the *** style *** discourage me to go ahead :-( Even, Kmock's "pawn power" with its strange vocabulary is easier for me. I never went along Dvoretsky's books because i thought this collection was for stronger players (i'm just rated 2000). So i will take a look to this book. Thanks.
