Since this is not the first time you announce this, and since nobody else here seems to know how to fix the problem, I'll try to get the echo elisted again. Currently there is no limit on the number of trade-ins you will be able to do. The announced date for 56K product availability is the first quarter of this year, which we are currently in, so it should be soon. 56K product will likely ship before there is any kind of official ITU-T 56K 'standard', but we will have available an upgrade path to whatever final 56K standard is approved. However, nothing has been announced regarding continuing support for V.FC in these units, so at this point we can't say for sure. We'll be able to answer that when the technology is finalized. Marc, The 56K modems will support fax and will be backwards compatible with the old ITU-T standards (V.34 (33.6K), V.32Bis, etc. etc.). As for whether you get OPTIMA or ACCURA, specific details have not yet been announced, but basically it depends on what you trade in as to what you get back. The ISP/Sysop program info on our BBS is under the main menu option 5 (Special Programs). As for the low price on 56K upgrades, it's a very competitive game right now and it's in our best interests to get Hayes 56K units in as many hands as possible.
