Well, it's hard to say.....but I run a FidoNet node and every once in a while, there's a string of failed connects with my host. Turning the modem off and then back on always solved the problem. That's on one system. I use another system to connect to the Internet. All goes well for days at a time, and then comes a run of funky, flakey, or impossible connects. Again, turning the modem off and then back off resolves the matter. I've been so busy that I haven't dug any deeper than that. Hi, I just wanted to take a second and send my sincere thanks to everyone at Hayes for your wonderful SYSOP/ISP program. I ordered a Hayes Optima usiness Class modem via the Web Page form Last Thursday and the modem arrived at my house Monday afternoon. Two working days from the time I placed my order to the time it arrived! I have ordered modems from other manufacturers on thier programs and not had delivery within 4 months and Hayes does it in 2 days! Great Job, Thanks!
