Each session usually starts with about 20 to 30 minutes of meditation that is followed by channeling through Henrieta. Here as Sid described his experiences: He closed his eyes and saw energy ball over the table. After a while he went in to his imaginary elevator and pushed button for 57th floor. There he met one of his spirit guides Herkus, who was already waiting at him. He came to him indicating that he wanted to show him something. There was a spaceship waiting at them, they both got inside and after a while they took off into space. While moving through space they had the opportunity to look down toward the earth. To Sid's surprise, he saw hundreds of UFO ships concentrating around earth. There among some personal information he received from Herkus, he was told that earth came slightly out her orbit. As a result, there will be a minor time change coming for Greenwich Village and earth time. Herkus said, we wanted to show you what we look like, and then Sid saw all our life energy force. Herkus continued, learn to ground and meditate out of our body. Meetings every two weeks are really good. Learn to meditate on your own 5, 10, 20, min. a day is good, and more than once a day is better. As Sid he came back to the circle where we meditated and stood up, he saw strong light of energy behind his body. This light energy became a beam which spread and became a pyramid, and everyone of us there was picking colors that they most needed. Sid tried to ground himself, and saw fire came up through the pyramid that we usually place at the table during meditation this fire that was emitted from the pyramid cleansed everything around us. This was the extend of his meditation for that evening. Henrieta's meditation; She connected with Sid. We were all like statues of Liberty surrounding the real Statue of Liberty. A voice said: you are acting like statues, and not really living. The front of statue opened and our inner us came out, as a physical form. I had the feeling Hen said: they are trying to tell us that we are often too negative and picking things apart. We, all of us, were in New York's Time Square and we went into the houses and were knocking at the doors, talking to people and virtually pulling those people by hand out of their houses into the streets. After many gathered on the Times Square, it was like an large energy vortex was formed and everyone became energized. Voice: Don't hide, come out and touch others, opening is happening now. No matter what they think and feel, it is now. When inner is out you can see energy forms. The Path through Henrieta: Hi, interesting night, a big light went on. We are rejoicing with you because of what you experienced tonight. For many of you it is the most important part of your lifetime, by opening up and being yourself the Real You. We said unconditional love, this means you don't give love and expect it back, but you do it to be stronger, so give them that love. All of you have now reached that point where you will leave those sayings about others alone you will not criticize, you will not ridicule or be bothered by talking about others in a negative way. Those that are still too much on the negative side, they will be turning the corner even if they say nothing is happening - there is. They only live the way they know how. Use me, use you, this is how it works, not like in your world to be used by someone but in your inner self you use me, to use you. This brings total strength to those that have to finish a certain part of their plans, your plans will be finished with the help of one near you. It doesn't have to be husband or wife but it can be anyone. You are connected not only in friendships, you are connected in the Total, so get busy. Help each other, help those that you know you are connected with, to finish this plan all your help and this other personality will give you hers or his. We have here your ET's, not only a few of them, but in the thousands. Your air, let us say heavens have been crowded with ships. You have felt them, they have touched you, they have made you feel as if you were in their ship because those movements you can experience only by being these ships. I believe that through prayer, and understanding, it is possible to bring contentment, happiness and unity into our lives, which in turn will spill over into the world, as a chain reaction. If all we do is look for ways to find division and separation then we will never be able to find the unity that is needed to progress our planet into the next century. If God is the key, then each one of us has to find the piece of God within ourselves to connect with the God of the Heavens. I believe that God wants us to find ourselves as a human family, not to be separate and hate our differences. It is within our power to heal the wounds of division and find the unity of our strength. God is Love, God is Peace, God is needed to help us find the common bonds that can bridge our societies and our world to a better understanding of who we are, and where we are headed. I see that there will come a day when tools like computers and satellites will link us as a family to better understand what it was that kept us so apart for so many years.
