I will be looking in the mail for the files that you said that you would mail to me. It was in the hight 90's today by next week it will be in the 100's. Also can you tell me that is the best util to use with RyBBS to scan for virus? I have a old copy of ziplab..... When you was running RyBBS what virus scan did you use? Thank You: William L. Hutchison Sr. --- Renegade v10-05 Exp * Origin: The Hour Glass BBS (520) 326-2999 (1:300/12) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 256 RYBBS Ref: D5300000 Date: 04/30/96 From: BILL MITCHELL Time: 06:35pm \/To: ALL (Read 8 times) Subj: Packem echomail packer I have written an echomail packer that runs much faster than RPACK to maintain echo conferences. Available at origin as PACK_EM.ZIP. I have also written an email export utility which will pack out email and UUCP message to a fido <=> internet gateway. Handles zonegating (for fido only now), qualifies mail by sender name and optional to address. It allows full 4d addressing (points are supported). Also allows alias internet addresses for long internet addresses. Filename MITCHMAIL.ZIP It's setup for a FRONTDOOR system, but can be used on any system that can send *.MSG netmail. _IF_ you run a bink system, I could probably make it write OUT files, but haven't thought much about that. If anyone is interested in a dupechecker, let me know, I've tested an algorhythm that seems to work well and may be able to keep track of 1500 to 2000 messages per base. If there is a need for this I will do more work on it. Right now the compiled procedure will delete existing dupes in RyBBS message bases. I also have a utility that will move messages from a source area to a destination area based on the toname, handy for moving listserver mail from the email area to another conference. It will mark moved messages as deleted, and can be configured to run RPACK on the source area to remove them if desired. MOVEMSGS.ZIP Many other things were bouncing around here for some time, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know. mitch@magsystems.com --- RyPacker v2.5a * Origin: The Right Place V.34+ DS RyBBS Ft.Lee,NJ 201-947-8231 1:2604/539) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 256 RYBBS Ref: D5400000 Date: 04/25/96 From: CONNIE ANNE Time: 10:29pm \/To: WILLIAM L.
