I was paired in six games and had won five of them (a couple by forfeit) when the BBS I was using crashed. My remaining game, with Ken Stevens, was never finished. Well, my BBS is back up now (finally). I'm not looking to continue the game in question--I assume that I was forfeited long ago, and that's fine--but I was curious to know how the match turned out. Can anyone tell me? My apologies for having been unable to finish the game. - - Ken Blake kblake@sisna.com - --- * WR 1.31 # 119 * Modem sex begins with a handshake. * Origin: The Tucson Computer Society BBS (1:300/2) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 123 CHESS Ref: EBJ00000 Date: 07/13/97 From: JERRY ROBERTS Time: 04:08pm \/To: PAUL STARMACH (Read 0 times) Subj: chess Re: chess It is a normal procedure that you play two games at once. One with Black and the other with White. The preferred notation is Algebraic either short or long. Periodically the moderator posts some FAQ's about the echo. I'll accept your challenge..
