Just save it to disk, and load it in the dos settings. I just think you need to change a few things like where your autoexec.bat file is as well as the command.com file. I've had a somewhat similar problem running DOS games under Warp. Try switching windows over and over again and see if that helps...A few of the DOS games I've tried, will, for some reason, freeze up until I do that. Also, go into the DOS Session Settings, and check the IDLE_SECONDS and IDLE_SENSITIVITY settings... set IDLE_SECONDS to 60, and IDLE_SENSITIVITY to 100%... That should stop Warp from taking time slices away from the game... I *had* to do this for a few things, ie my board, otherwise it'd be sitting there not responding to the system unless I hit like 20 keys. --- FMailX 1.02 * Origin: Digital WasteLand (519)972-6828 (1:246/53) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 252 OS2 DOS Ref: DCF00009 Date: 08/10/96 From: DANA BOOTH Time: 07:49am \/To: JASON HUGHES (Read 3 times) Subj: Faxing - Concerning 'Faxing', Jason Hughes wrote to All: JH> I am running OS/2 Warp on a 486 Dx/2 50 MHz system with 20 megs JH> of RAM. Hi Jason, I have gotten the bundled fax program, Faxworks, to work fine with os/2 and dos, but not with windows. I don't know too much about winfax, but there is another package that I use with windows apps that runs great, and it's called 'quicklink II fax', and it comes in dos and windows versions. It's one of those packages that was bundled with one of my modems, and I know that there's a zillion copies around. It's extremely easy to setup and use, and produces quality faxes. You might look around for a copy if you can't get winfax to work. Take Care, Dana ...
