The author or Internet Adventurer made a few optimizations. Most noticeable is that the page can load 8 graphics at once, compared to the 4 that WebEx uses. I found that loading 8 graphics at once really sped up the page, as it often takes a long time to connect to the location of some graphics, and sometimes one or two graphics will stop transfering for a while. Loading 8 graphics seems to use the available bandwith more efficiently. I just upgraded a Packard Hell 386 (yes, Warp runs fine) with a Trident 256 color card and went through pretty much the same stuff you did. Trident says they DO NOT make video cards, just the chips. What's the name on my card? You got it. With this card, I get a power-on Trident 256 color identification - does your card give any such info? If nothing else, look at the chips on your card, which may be of some help. There are tons of drivers here on this BBS, most of which are also available on the internet.
