I just can't afford a permanent connection over here, I even can't afford an ISDN line (I wish I were back in good old Germay where ISDN was cheap and (semi) permanent connections are currently becoming something I would think about...). I can get nearly everyting I want from my uplink (2:20/11) via ftp, as can you if you want.
