Sorry, this answer it bit delayed. Latest version that is available to all is BBBS v3.14.95 GT. For registered sysops there is How-C (or How-D to some). The shareware version (3.14.95 GT) will be updated "real soon now" according to author. Just that I can't tell if this is a parody of microsoft (they always promise everything real soon now). 3.14.95 gives you idea of the software, but recent versions (like how-c) are lot improved. you can get the SW version for example at fix.no. The easiest way is to install 4os2, and ude the appropriate batch commands. Of course, REXX might do the trick too, if you don't want to pay for 4os2. :-) ...
