Hope someone can shed some light on this. I have several Creative (Panasonic) double speed CDROM's that I want to string together under OS/2. According the manual, you jumper them drive 1 to 4 at the back of these drives, connected to a common 40pin data cable. OS/2 only sees the first drive and I don't seem to get it to recognise the other 3 drives. Can anyone tell me if there is a parameter to set, or should I forget about this under OS/2? I have not tried under Dos/Win, as I assume this should work according the hardware manual that comes with the Panasonic drives... Many thanks in advance... Then you can have all your IRQ's back since you'll be using only 3 and 4 for serial ports. Sharing the IRQ will work - I have 4 serials running just fine here. --- AdeptXBBS v1.07g (Registered) * Origin: Liberty Hall AdeptXBBS (1:261/628) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 251 OS2 BBS Ref: DGU00006 Date: 12/24/96 From: ADAM CARROW Time: 12:34am \/To: RICHIE MOLINELLI (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: Bbs Software > Am looking for native OS/2 BBS software.
