I'm using MainDoor v1.00, SvdE> Fmail/2 and Timed/2 together. Is there something better?? Binkley, Squish, Fleetstreet or SqEd (both PM). You could also try OS2POINT 2.0, this is a completely arranged point package containing Binkley, Squish, Fleet or SqEd, etc. - you can get infos on my system by frequesting the magic OS2POINT and also you can get the latest fixpak for OS2POINT by frequesting OS2P_FIX. There may be some german stuff included, but the main stuff is also available in english. mfg Thomas --- FleetStreet 1.18+ * Origin: Windo** 95: gesehen, gelacht, geloescht. When Gallifrey was only one line, I had the mouse on COM1 and the modem on COM2. NOW I'm running two lines and have the 2nd modem on COM1 (REMed out the VMOUSE line) BUT I wan't my mouse back. I'm running OS/2 WARP (Red Box), and SIO 1.60 (Reg) The motherboard is a 'Hippo 10' with all the COM, Floppy and IDE on board. I've tried to install another COM card and set it up for COM3 IRQ5 and moved my SB to IRQ 10. CMOS 'sees' the new com port as does SIO. The SB even is happy under WARP on IRQ10 (But the MOD players I have can't find it at IRQ 10) The mouse on COM1 works fine. The Modem on COM2 works fine. The Modem on COM2 Doesn't work :-( It gets the commands and echos the key strokes back, BUT just sits there and vegitates (You can see the TX and RX lights strobe away) Anybody have a possible solution, other than installing the BBS into another system? Thanks in advance! P.S. The problems with the 33k6 modems has been solved.. An init string of ATH0Z keeps them alive.. Regards, RWHR ... How do I get the Up arrow (ascii 24) to display properly on a user's screen? The Down arrow (ascii 25) works fine! Is ascii 24 an "unprintable" character, is it a bug in adept, or could it be a bug in the terminal ogram? 2. How do I "highlight" a line (that's already got writing) using ANSI escape sequences? I can do the cursor movements no probs, but the highlighting escapes me. (I want an effect similar to some file listing utilities on BBSs where you can highlight a filename by using the cursor). 3. Finally, how do i trap the grey arrow keys? They have two-byte values (according to the DOS 5 manual I'm looking at), but I assume AdeptWaitKey would return only the first byte. TIA if you can help.
