Changes made with beta 3 ===================================================================== + The fullscreen editor now shows the list of cursor movement keys (english only for now). + Completed the function of the FileRoute-To and FileSend-To keywords for the routing file. The syntax is the same as the Route-To and Send-To keyword but they works only with the file attaches (*.FLO). ! Now the OS/2 version correctly set the 115200 bps speed. - Removed the FOSSIL warning for the OS/2 version. ! The EMSI handshake was changed. Now it should work correctly. ! Fixed some problems with the fullscreen editor. ! Fixed the point remapping for the matrix messages (the INTL kludge was not changed). ! Fixed the memory allocation problems when downloading files from a CDROM area. + Added the ability to send matrix messages with the QWK offline reader. You can add a line with %TO: at the beginning, followed by the recipient's FidoNet address. ! Fixed the SEEN-BY handling with the TIC processor. ! Fixed a wrong reading of the INTL kludge. ! The copy of the files from a CDROM was changed. Now it is a lot faster. + Added the log message when receiving empty matrix messages. ! Little fix for the matrix messages directed to a zonegate. ! Fixed a problem with the downloading from a CDROM area using an internal protocol. Changes made with beta 2 ===================================================================== * WARNING : if you are using password locking in lsetup, you *must* turn off this option by inserting an empty string, before upgrading lsetup. After this, you can reinsert the password. ! Now lora tries put the correct aka in Via kludge. ! Now Know and normal inbound files are managed correctly. ! Small fix to avoid null zone netmail. ! Added log indication of the number of dupes and bad messages found in imported packets. ! Modified dupe checking method. Now the msgid field is used, if found. The sysop said watch for the next postings and flag them as a never delete. So I am not sure which of the os2 echoes this belongs in so if it doesn't belong just well jump over it. I am co-sysop on CyberAsylum bbs and our sysop is ill and in and out of town at a cancer clinic so I'm just trying to help her out here. She and I have been using the Fullpack settings on our 4 nodes but are still experiencing some sluggish workings. We have 4 nodes running on a Wildcat bbs with os/2 win-os2 (bluebinder) and sio and 20 megs ram on 486dx2. We used the settings suggested in the fullpack exactly as written. However he is running less nodes on a 16 meg system. We (I) can't seem to figure out how to allocate the memory settings exactly on the dos and winos settings. And I can't figure out the heck to get in touch with the fullpack author. I would love any help any of you Warpers can offer.
