The only problme I've noticed lately, with SIO 1.53, is that if the BBS has been online for a while (about 2 days or so) without a reboot, eventually Lord v3.55 will trap the system with a TRAP 000d. I don't know if it's related or not, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Aside fomr that, SIO runs beautifully. Depends on what you want to do with your BBS. They are all quite good, so long as you use SIO, so you can actually run DOS doors. Personally, I prefer Maximus 3.01, simply because it is fairly powerful, has two customization languages built in (MECCA, which is mostly screen controls, and MEX, which is similar to C), and costs very little. (Free for noncommercial, and 2-line commercial licenses are a good price as well). I hear that PC-Board for OS/2 is very good as well, but it is rather expensive for my purposes... The problem is Lora Scans, and packs the Outbound messages and puts them in Frontdoors outbound DIR, but Frontdoor doesn't see them. If I'm not mistaken FD knows what to send where, by a netmail msg written in the netmail DIR, but it doesn't seem as though Lora writes such a message. So whenever Lora creates *.pkts in the outbound DIR FD doesn't know thier there, or at least doesn't know where to send them. :( Is there a way to get FD to see those *.pkts, or have Lora to write the Netmail MSGs for FD to send the mail?
