JP>I use QMPro for DOS and I can't find the manual. Can someone help? JP>These are the two things I would like to fix right now: JP> 1. Can the dialling directory be sorted? Yes it can. Call-up your phonebook with Alt-D and select the E(dit) command with Alt-E. You'll then be presented with 3 choices, one of which is SORT. JP> 2. Where is the config to change the interval between JP> dialling attempts? Get the main menu with Alt-Z and select Device under the Config heading. Then select Term Cmds with Alt-C. You'll then see a window giving you basic options about your modem like init string, dialling prefix. Select delay after with Alt-L. Now you'll be in the "window" showing the default 10 secs. Change this to whatever you want. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Bob Batson L 39 12 14 N 94 33 16 W bob.batson@sound.com USDA Zone 5b bob@sound.net ___ * MR/2 2.21 #243 * I am free of prejudices. Phil, The way to get around the problem is to use the AUTOMATED MAIL SCRIPT... if you look in the SCRIPT directory you will find a script file called MSI???.SCR in this file you will see that they use $REPPATH and $QWKPATH or something like that... this is to put the correct file in the correct place and do it automatically I hope that this helps you out, I personally use the UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD paths for this and I don't mind the added input for the setups Tony Antkowiak Co-SysOp Right Choice BBS Fidonet Address 1:230/151 Internet Address RenigadeT@AOL.COM ...
