That means the remote has initiated the protocol and it is trying to "talk" to your protocol. If you don't have Zmodem (hopefully you use Zmodem) set up for autodownload, press PGDN and select Zmodem. To set it up for autodownload, go to the Config - Protocols - Internal - Zmodem menu and select AUTOSTART DOWNLOAD. Laterz...
