Jamie, Here are the HS-LINK upload and download files I did use before I changed to QmodemPro for Windows. They worked perfectly with QmodemPro DOS. Upload File: REM UPLOAD HS/LINK WITH QMpro V1.5 IF EXIST QMPRO.BEW HSLINK -E%3 -P%2 -UC:\QMPRO\DOWNLOAD @QMPRO.BEW IF NOT EXIST QMPRO.BEW HSLINK -E%3 -P%2 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 IF EXIST QMPRO.BEW DEL QMPRO.BEW IF ERRORLEVEL 1 PAUSE Download File: REM DOWNLOAD HS/LINK WITH QMPRO 1.50 REM USE ALT-6 TO PREPARE UPLOAD LIST FOR BIDIRECTIONAL TRANSFERS IF EXIST QMPRO.BEW GOTO BIDIRECTIONAL HSLINK -E%3 -P%2 -UC:\QMPRO\DOWNLOAD IF ERROR LEVEL 1 GOTO EXIT GOTO EXIT :BIDIRECTIONAL HSLINK -E%3 -P%2 -UC:\QMPRO\DOWNLOAD @QMPRO.BEW IF ERRORLEVEL 1 GOTO EXIT DEL QMPRO.BEW GOTO EXIT :EXIT You will have to modify these files to fit your directory structure, then the should work fine. CP>No. In fact I know of a person that still uses it. I've got it, but I CP>don't use it. I use Qmodem Pro for Windows. I use the OLX that comes CP>with Qmodem Pro for DOS. I'm thinking about getting OLX for Windows in CP>the near future when I get more info from other people using it. I have it also (upgraded to 5.01 & olx 2.2) I got that OLX for windows demo yesterday off of mustang.com. Great stuff I must say, still only does the .qwk thing but supports 256 character header lines now. Mind you that's sending... not receiving. UUENCODE is now stuffed in there but I can't figure out how to use it, One really big problem for me is the message fonts, they are all to big for the screen! I run at 640x480 and the messages are just a little to wide to fit onto that window! The initial (and only readable) font is size 8, but the next smallest is 6! talk about eye strain! also the window will not size itself to messages, after peering around for an hour for that messages index thing within conferences I found to my disgust it had no icon! it was still keyboard only. That index by the way has about an acre of space between the read message# author and subject coloumns. You will only get to see a maximum of two columns on the screen. But on the other hand I loved the toolbar, The icon's are real simple and well arranged and the graphics are incredible. Plus that chick that announces personal mail! Her voice alway's gives me a H... I digress. The colours are fantastic too! no more ansi block's now you have a custom colour setup with a wave style colour palette that is just incredible. Plus of course now you can read your mail while qmodem is chugging away on the telephone line... I will warn though, the demo doesn't do rep packets, definitly not a TD like the old OLX. Mustangs getting a little too commercial that way. Also... the price is pretty bad... with tax and shipping it is $75 Canadian, not a 75 dollar program as far as I am concerned. But Mustang must know this... they are offering it at half off the list price to just about anyone they can! Until april 30 anyone who had a registered Mustang product, now anyone who uses a competitor's product...
