Penetrating oil is also a last gasp effort anyhow. the Heat involved in that area of the exhaust system has fused the party together possibly. Heat ot Brute force is about the only solution. Brute Force can of course can literally tear out the threads of the bushing the sensor is threaded into. That leaved the old Acetylene torch method. Cut off the wire as close to the sensor as possible and get it out of the way. Then heat up the sensor cherry red and then use the socket, extensions or whatever to get the "T" handle in the clear and then use a "Cheater" to pull it out. It might take several cycles of Cherry Red and cool down to break it loose. But usually they will come out that way. Extra fast blinking is a result of greater current (normally due to an incorrect flasher - and rarely because of incorrect bulbs -too high a wattage bulbs) Too slow blink rate is normally because of too LITTLE current flowing through the flasher - normal due to ONE of more bulbs burning out. HAs like 166,000km's <100,000miles> on it.. also I had to advance the timing like 4 degrees to stop the pinging... also i tried turning the crank back and forth and watching the Distributor rotor to see how much i had to turn the crank to get the rotor turned, and it did take @4 degrees.. Also My car has low power now, CRAPPY gas milage <@14.4-16.6l/100km's (19.6-17.0MPG> and I used to get like 19-21MPG city.. > Would also a Half dead tranny cuase it?
