If the headlight switch is off, there's no current flowing through any of the parts shown here to the right of the switch. If the headlight switch is _on_, then battery or alternator voltage (all it 12 volts for convenience) is going to be present on the right hand side of the switch. This is going to be the case whether the bulb is okay or burned out. As long as there is voltage present, and the connections are okay, there _will_ be current flowing through that LED as well. email: roy.j.tellason%tanstaaf@frackit.com --- * Origin: TANSTAAFL BBS 717-432-0764 (1:270/615) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 246 AUTOMOTIVE Ref: F3400002 Date: 03/03/98 From: RONNIE THOMPSON Time: 05:12pm \/To: JASON WEDEHASE (Read 0 times) Subj: Insurance Rates Go Up? Strange hose, as it has a "connector" close to the bottom of it, which runs over to the antifreeze "tank" This radiator has NO filler cap on it, it all comes from the antifreeze tank. Anyhow, I did expect the hose to be higher than the norm, and it was. Only called two places, Advance and Pep Boys. BIG difference. Pep Boys wanted $45.99 for the hose!! That was without installation(G). Advance wanted $19.99. They were both Dayco hoses. Shopping around does pay. Ronnie in NC --- * Origin: Guaranteed to have an opinion!! (1:3634/12.117)
