I think everyone here is familair with my own 1/4 mile results. The only 'modification' I made between my 14.1 run and my 13.6 run was my Edelbrock cat-back exhaust. But the 13.6 run was when it was 67 degrees out and the 14.1 was on an 80 degree day. The car cools down a bit quicker with the colder air, and of course likes the colder air. Also, I had the plugs changed after the 14.1 run. The car had about 40,000 miles on them, and even though some people say they are 100,000 mile plugs my Dad doesn't believe that, and based upon my results he was right. The new plugs probably also helped me a bit too. The exhaust, cooler weather, and new plugs all helped me cut .5 seconds, but if I was in MM&FF I could say the only 'mod' was Edelbrock and I would be telling the truth :) --- * OLX 2.1 TD * This holiday season, in Somalia, the UN Forces can say it --- WILDMAIL!/WC v4.12 * Origin: Fresh Start BBS * Edison NJ * (732) 248-1678 * (1:107/310.0) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 246 AUTOMOTIVE Ref: F2G00004 Date: 02/11/98 From: KENNY HENDERSON Time: 01:49pm \/To: JOHN PUMMILL (Read 0 times) Subj: Forced Induction JP> Kinda makes you wonder what the differences are.
