I'd hate to be in that cop's shoes. The chip will compensate for the slightly cooler engine temp. Your mileage will go down somewhat though -- trade-off. I'm also doing some mild modifying to my '91 LSC. Flow-through cats, Flowmasters, K&N filter, underdrive pullys, hotter ignition (Accel or MSD).
