Went fromt Castrol GTX to -> 1 and picked up an average of 60 miles per tank. After many moons (fu -> change) we went to Castrol Syntech and lost an average of about 15 -> miles per tank based on the same driving distance. Test conducted -> early spring through early fall with the driving distances the same -> each day. (city and highway) Just showing that NOT all Synthetics are "Created" equal. Which I would suspect as there are patents involved in the process. Both have been used in some luxury cars. One is Fiberoptics. A small fiber is run from the light area to the dashboard and you can see which lights are on. the other involves "Reed Switched in line with the power wire to each light. They produced 838,069 Toyotas in their three plants. The breakdown is: Kentucky, 432,146; California, 296,971; Canada, 108,952.
