Been busy doing lots of creative stuff, but do lurk a lot. (g). I've discovered a mystery writer I've gotten hooked on. How many of you die hard mystery fans have read any of Elizabeth George? I just finshed reading "Well Schooled in Murder" and am into "In the Presence of the Enemy." Excellent writer. This lady keeps you guessing from beginning to end. Her main protaganist is Inspector Thomas Lynley, an aristocrat, who often teams up with a forensic scientist, Simon Allcourt St. James. Like the way she works their private lives into the story, just enough to make them human and interesting. I find she is a master at description of human gestures and facial expressions, and she sprinkles subtle humor all through the book. I highly recommend her. Sorry to be away so long, but I'll be back when I have something to offer. Just an added note: Walking on air at the moment. Had an article I submitted to the local Deputy Sheriff's Association magazine printed, and a second one accepted by another magazine, which will be in print "when space permits." Now, I can truthfully say, "I'm a Writer," Yeah. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.
