Just finished another Simenon, _Maigret Meets a Milord_. One of the better ones I'd say. Before that it was Blooming Murder by Jean Hager. Didn't like that quite as well as her other two series, and Night Angel by Kate Green, which was a very suspenseful story and a very good mystery. You do guess the villain just before all is revealed, but I'm sure that's on purpose and it adds to the tension of the story. ... I paint what I see.
