Just bought a new carriage -- It's one of those Victorian Carriages (they call them Vis-a-v) ...... I'll get it around the middle of October .... I am SOOOOOOo excited!! This carriage has lights -- red velvet interior (like our small Run-About Carriage ) -- it's white with red trimings ...... it's like a 'Cinderalla' carriage. Buddy and I drove to Arcadia this morning to look at them - ours will be built by the Amish in Ohio ..... then shipped down to us. Just thought I'd tell ya'll about the new addition to 'XTRAORDINARY CARRIAGE SERIVCE !! --- * Origin: Home of Mr X's 'XTRAORDINARY CARRIAGE SERVICES! No, I think it is more because there seems to be more mature people at these shows. Some that have even figured out that this stuff is supposed to be un. I never saw that at any of the local rated hunter jumper type shows. At a rated show if you broke a stirrup leather for instance, the rest of them would be happy because you would be out of the competition. At one of these driving shows if you broke a line or whatever you would have offers from complete strangers to borrow one of their spares. People actually congratulate each other for doing well (and actually mean it too). -> Meg (who actually SITS on her horse -g-) When? ;-) --- PCBoard (R) v15.3/M 2 * Origin: Home of Malla, the spoiled Norwegian Fjord (1:2613/128) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: EDY00007 Date: 09/27/97 From: MIKE MAY Time: 06:58am \/To: BOB KOHL (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: Fiddle -> > Call it what you like but I seem to enjoy comfort these days. No requirements for AQHA or PHBA, however if we're talking "trends" here.. that's another story. Folks out here do not show with gloves on for WP.
