What have you guys done with Malla this summer? Well Malla isn't doing a much showing as she used to these days. Niki has taken to more trail rides and the like. She drives my truck & pulls the trailer herself these days. So if her and a friend decide to go for a trail ride in one of the parks around here they just up and do it. We did go to the NY State breeders show back in May where they did very well. We just got back from Woodstock VT for the annual Fjord show a couple of eeks ago. They tood reserve champ for driving and Champion for the adult English Riding. She is still the best pony in the world even at 11 years old. --- PCBoard (R) v15.3/M 2 * Origin: Home of Malla, the spoiled Norwegian Fjord (1:2613/128) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: EDU00012 Date: 09/24/97 From: MIKE MAY Time: 05:43am \/To: BOB KOHL (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: Horsekeeping costs -> > NOBODY is as cute as Malla ;-) -> -> Tush sure seems to be from the general consensous around the barn. ;) Well you don't have Malla there to compare her too. ;-) Tush is pretty cute though I will have to admit that. --- PCBoard (R) v15.3/M 2 * Origin: Home of Malla, the spoiled Norwegian Fjord (1:2613/128) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: EDV00000 Date: 09/24/97 From: JEAN PROPHET Time: 05:11pm \/To: MIKE MAY (Read 1 times) Subj: ???? >-> extended trot - and I had hoped that the judge didn't see it - but she did >-> ......anyway, the judge told us that she sure liked the say SEDONA >-> moved ..... nice road trot, nice working trot ...... worked on voice >-> commands only (I never had to use the whip -- I didn't even have it in y >-> hands). > Well not using the whip or at least having it in your hand > will also get you > marked down by some judges Jean.
