THe manager of the stable next door was selling some stuff some one of the old managers.. so I went over to take a look. Found a complete Crosby bridle with cavison for $25! :) Of course we won't discuss the amount to time I'm spending cleaning it and oiling it. I know it's at least 10 years old and the cavison won't last.. but the rest of it is in decent shape. :) BK --- DB A3000sl/001347 * Origin: * Conniption BBS * one fit at a time (1:102/861) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: ECQ00001 Date: 08/20/97 From: BOB KOHL Time: 05:24am \/To: JOHN ROOKER (Read 0 times) Subj: Re: test > In a message to All <08-16-97 23:07> Bob Kohl wrote: > BK> Is anyone getting mail here? > Yup! WOuld you believe that I found a large piece of saran wrap in the kid's poop the other day? Boy did I get REAL unhappy about that one. I was lucky it made it through all the way. She got mashed and phyliium husked for 3 days after. If I tirun her out in the arena.. she'll find every edible piece of grass, poop, and leaves. ;) > she's not getting enough to eat. Chuckle.. well my shoer likes her and about 90% of the time she is an angle.. but then she still has a bit of baby nonsense in her from time to time. ;) > BTW, this carrot trick does work...any time she has something done that I don't train with food.. you know me. ;) > BK :>My shoer takes no great pleasure in getting kicked.. and > BK :>Tush SURE pegged the shoer the first time she got shod! :) > Well, can't say I blame the poor guy (VBG).
