But only a grade, I guess that's the key. 21 is a tad aged to breed.. we tend to ease off when they start getting up into the high teens. > Where is everyone located? Los Angeles, Ca. Tell them that there is a 4 grain out hay available in Ca.. although I'm not sure that you folks have easy access to it up there. It's far more tasty then standard "straw" looking oat hay and it's easier with this stuff to keep the weight on. Cripes!!! Scared the living you-know-what out of me! Heck, I can imagine. I've always been lucky in that respect.. but I also run a very tough maintaince schedule with Physilium, etc.. and right now none of the horses have been out much due to the lousey weather and right now the cold I'm fighting.. Last night you would have laughed.. I was down there handling Tush with a hankerchief over my mouth.. didn't want her to catch my cold. Kim came up and asked me if I was the lone ranger. ;) BK --- DB A3000sl/001347 * Origin: * Conniption BBS * one fit at a time (1:102/861) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: E1X00011 Date: 01/27/97 From: BOB KOHL Time: 03:55pm \/To: MIKE MAY (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: cc to Vicki > -> Yep.. 35 degrees with snow flurries at the canyon.. they still went. > Well of course we went.
