PS> Welll...I would hope you're looking at 'horsey PS> properties' because you have horses... Well, you see, I DID have horse property - it was in an older neighborhood and when the freeway went through, the neighborhood took a turn for the worse. It got scarey so I moved out. And after getting up early every day for YEARS and feeding the horses and dealing with flies, etc., it became a LUXURY to board them out for - Jeez, has it been THAT long? Anyway, there are some properties that are irrigated, with acreage, with homes that are (to look at them) under 10 years old, at prices we can easily afford, 'specially if I'm not giving Lori $400+ a month to board my three. It'll be kinda nice having them at the house. Guess I've missed it more than I knew. But it's been nice living in what my shoer calls a "white bread neighborhood," and that kinda neighborhood WITH horse privileges in Phoenix starts at about $250,000 a house. I like having money left over after I make a house payment... --- Maximus/2 3.00 * Origin: ElseWhere (1:114/212) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 243 HORSES Ref: DBY00047 Date: 07/28/96 From: VICKI NICHOLS Time: 01:17pm \/To: P SPENCER (Read 2 times) Subj: Doings...
