Just installed Red Hat v. 5.0 and it seems to be running sweet with the Metro-X server. Problem is that I can't seem to get on the net, I get it to dial and connect properly (from all appearances) to my PPP connection but Lynx doesn't seem to connect with anything. Do I need to edit a resolv-type of file manually? Also, what do I use for a decent editor? Yes, it came with the Red Hat linux 5 user's guide but it seems to be somewhat lacking in the finer points and I don't care much for electronic docs. Any and all help, tips & pointers are appreciated. cbowman@sinfo.net --- Renegade v98-101s Dos * Origin: Techshop's Southern Most Point - Panama (1:3651/9.10)
