The best I can do for you at the moment is to ship it via my niece's Internet account if you can provide me with your address. I am not sure if it comes with source code but I can check it out later (I am going beddy bye after I finish catching up here). I also got a bunch of HTML type stuff for Linux but there is like over 2 Gigs worth of archives here that I haven't checked out yet so I can't be sure what the heck I have for sure. Too much to do ... so little time. Anyhow I can check the path out on the CD's since they supposedly mirror the SunSite and perhaps that may help you out. Anyhow I will await your response and by then I can netmail you with a list of some additional goodies you might want to check out. :) As far as what it does for me with html I can only say that it does nothing since I don't do html as I find all that stuff to be aggravating as you may recall from one of my posts in ALT_DOS ... I hate www and avoid it like the plague. But it is a DOS-like editor so you should have no problem catching on to it. I prefer DOS-like editors as they are what I am used to using. I wonder if there is QED for Linux? Anyhow I will ttyl about this. I should have a list for you by Saturday complete with paths. Thanks......:-) 1e - You don't need to struggle with fdisk when you need more swapspace ;) 2e - Most of the time a small swapspace is enough.! (depends of ram size and what you are normaly doing on the machine) IMHO with 16Mb a swap space (partition) of 8 Mb is enough and maybe sometimes you need more that's where the swapfile comes in. 3e - You can change the size (and place) of a swapfile quiet easy A swap_partition _is_ faster as swap_file. So when you have both you have the best things of both... but you need to put the swap_partition higher in fstab then Linux will use, most of the time, the partition and not the file.
