MA> Hello brewers, G'day Mark MA> I'm new to the MPCUG, Welcome to the bin.. MA> and have noticed this echo which seems MA> good. A couple of things: There used to be a BBS here in MA> Melbourne called What's Brewing, I notice that it doesn't MA> operate any more. Anyone know what has happened to it? Don't know that one, I'm reasonably new myself, like.... months only. MA> Secondly, I saw in one of the messages (from Kevin Slattery of MA> Heritage OZ) that there is another mail echo called ZYMURGY. MA> Can this be accessed from our BBS? If so how. Sorry for the MA> ignoramus question. No such sorta question! Ask away, only one way to get an answer. Sorry I can't help. I posted one which you probably read and I got no response. This area seems to be dead. Let's hope we can revive it. I asked in the General Area about Ginger Beer and got a response so fast I nearly knocked my glass over! I now have 6 dozen stubbies of ginger beer waiting to explode! :) I have been Brewing for 3 years, great stuff, other than sterizing and bottling, that's the only part that's a bore. :( The tasting is the fun part, most people say there should be more of it, but I get enough!
