Hi, Aaron I'm a little surprised you directed this message to me. Was it because I'm working with the Cub Scouts shorthanded and am faced with single-handedly restarting a dormant, but still chartered Boy Scout Troop? You need at least two adults at each meeting. If you don't get that, you can't meet. I think maybe now you need to consider merging with another Post who has enough advisers. You've gotton the professionals involved - have they made any recommendations on recruiting advisors? What about your Post Committee and Chartered Organization? Have you looked at parents of boys in a Troop who might want to join your Post in the near future? I hope this helps!
