Pretty much anything you could think of. We have competitions in which there are scenarios that we have to be the cop in. Such as bomb searches, traffic stops, stuff like that. I have seen many a scouter suffering from near terminal burn-out take a WB course and come away recharged and ready to put into effect a few of the new ideas he acquired. I have been a trainer on a few WB basic courses. It was expected of the trainers to sit in on other sessions. If for any reason to pick up a few pointers to make us a better trainer. I found that being a trainer also made me a better leader especially when dealing with the many complicated problems of the youth.
