That day just happened to be LF>today, and I just feel great... Anybody else have the same type of reaction? Yeah but it's different. Spring Training is like getting closer and closer to better weather. Where you can enjoy watching sports outside without cold temperatures and winter is over. Of course since we havn't had much of winter this year that spring training is more like another season of baseball to me. But there is to much information to follow to be able to enjoy it. Like for instance the stuff that happened in the off season not to mention what to exspect for the new season. Well what i am trying to say is that i enjoy talking about baseball and look forward for another season but spring training only delays for weeks the start of the new season. But waiting is part of the fun and i accept that. I dunno, i guess we will talk more and figure it out. Sure i agree that we need someone who does have the gutts to be able to at least handle the player behavoir on the field of baseball games and off the field. But i guess there is no one avaiable so they just gotta stick with what they got and to tell you the truth after they had finalyl settled for 5 years the labor stuff. The time has arrived. For our beloved Yankees to kick CK>butt again. I predicted last year that our boys would rule the world and CK>it turned out to be true. I knew there was something special about the CK>team last year. We did it with courage and determination.(and drama, CK>too) And guess what. This just marks the beginning of another glorious CK>dynasty of New York Yankees. Don't want to burst your bubble but there has been a lot of changes that will make things less likely to repeat. First history dictates that for a team to win the world series once is a great event. But to win it again is just something that doesn't happen all the time and is much harder to do. Also i feel that last season was a travisty for a lot of baseball teams that didn't have the money, the talent like the yankee organization had. So it was pretty obvious that until playoff time the yankees really didn't have worked hard to get to the world series. But when they proved their worth in the play offs and when i thought that the Atlanta Braves have finally put the series away and the Yankees came back and won the entire thing. That i will bow down to the Yankees and say congratulations. But it's not because i am a Yankee fan which i am not. It's because of what it done for baseball with a historical baseball team like the Yankees. And what it did for baseball after all the bad things that happened to the sports of baseball before the Yankees had that season and won the world series. So in the end the Yankees proved they can win the world series and make baseball worth watching again not to mention the labor deal for the next 5 years of stable baseball play. But for the Yankees to loose players during the off season, and they just came of a great world series win that to win it again is just something that could happen but is much harder to make it happen. But i will see when the season starts and what the Yankees do and the record when we reach half way through the sesaon to judge if we can see a repeat.
